Terms & Conditions

NZSME operates as a structured private membership network designed to support collaboration, networking, business growth, and SME engagement across New Zealand. Participation within the NZSME ecosystem is subject to organisational policies, governance standards, and community expectations.

Membership approval, continuation, and participation remain at the discretion of NZSME governance and leadership. NZSME reserves the right to accept, decline, suspend, or terminate membership where necessary to maintain the integrity, professionalism, and objectives of the community.

Membership fees are payable annually through official NZSME payment channels only. NZSME reserves the right to revise membership pricing, event structures, workshop access, or community offerings with prior notice communicated through official NZSME channels.

Membership fees, sponsorship contributions, and event registration fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly approved by NZSME management under exceptional circumstances.

NZSME may restrict or revoke access in cases involving misconduct, harassment, abusive behaviour, repeated spam, unauthorised promotion, misuse of the platform, confidentiality breaches, non-payment, or any activity considered harmful to the community or organisation.

All branding, content, documents, event materials, digital assets, logos, website content, and intellectual property associated with NZSME remain the sole property of NZSME and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or commercially used without prior written approval.

WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, social media platforms, networking discussions, and verbal conversations are intended for informal engagement and community interaction only and shall not be considered official legal or binding communication channels.

By participating in NZSME activities, events, workshops, platforms, or membership programs, members acknowledge and agree to comply with NZSME policies, governance expectations, and applicable operational guidelines.

All resources, presentations, workshop materials, posters, branding assets, documents, templates, videos, digital content, website materials, event collaterals, and operational artefacts created, designed, published, or used under NZSME remain the exclusive intellectual property of NZSME.

No member, executive member, sponsor, partner, volunteer, or third party shall modify, reproduce, distribute, republish, redesign, reuse, or alter any NZSME material without prior written approval from NZSME management or authorised leadership.

Any unauthorised usage, modification, duplication, or misrepresentation of NZSME resources, branding, or organisational materials may result in removal from the community and further action where required.
